I started as a mom with a scorpion phobia — what began as fear turned into 26 years of study, discovery, and innovation.
Frustrated by an industry of fractured sealing services and short-term chemical fixes, I set out to find real, lasting solutions. That mission grew into a high-quality, research-based system that has helped thousands of homeowners finally live free from scorpions and other pests.
Over time, I realized I hadn’t just built a better service — I’d been studying and practicing a missing discipline not yet recognized in the pest management or building industries: Barrier Integrity Science™.
This applied science unites building performance, airflow physics, pest biology, and human factors into a measurable system designed to keep pests out for good. My goal now is to share this work more broadly — to raise industry awareness and technician skill, and help other companies in Arizona and across the nation deliver better quality and better results for homeowners who have struggled to keep pests out of their homes.
